Searching for MTRs
- 1Navigate to Customer Dashboard → MTR Search
- 2Enter heat number in the search field
- 3Click Search button or press Enter
- 4Review search results and available documents
- 5Click Download button for found MTRs
Requesting Missing MTRs
- 1If MTR is not found, click "Request MTR" button
- 2Fill in the request form with required information
- 3Provide heat number and material type
