Sign Up Process
Learn how to create your customer portal account and get started with all available features.
For first-time portal registration, you must be an existing customer in our ERP system and meet these requirements:
- Admin Role Required: The first user from your organization must register as an Admin
- Existing Customer: Your company must already be a customer in the Flameco ERP system
- Secret Company ID: Contact the Flameco IT team to obtain your unique Company ID before registration
- IT Team Contact: Reach out to our IT support to get your Company ID and complete setup
Step-by-Step Process
Follow these simple steps to create your account and start using the customer portal.
Visit Registration Page
Navigate to the registration page and begin the account creation process.
Fill Required Information
Provide your name, email address, Company ID from Flameco IT, and create a secure password.
Email Verification
Check your email and click the verification link to activate your account.
Account Ready
Your account is now active and ready to use with full access to features.
After your organization is onboarded: Additional team members can sign up with a simpler process.
For Team Members:
- No Company ID required for signup
- Must be invited by Admin through Team Management
- Can register using just email and password
- Access levels determined by assigned role
Admin Responsibilities:
- Add team members via Team Management
- Assign appropriate roles and permissions
- Send invitations to team members
- Manage access levels and features
Required Information
Password Requirements
- Minimum 8 characters in length
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
